Today is about making a to-do list. The first step towards reaching the goals that you have laid out is to make a to-do list and get in the habit of using it all the time. Chalene suggests using a smart-phone for your to-do list, since you can keep it with you at all times. Which,would be a good idea, if you weren’t home very often. I am always home, and prefer to write everything down. I for one love my to-do list, and would probably be lost if I didn’t plan out my day.
