 We are in the home stretch now. You should be down to less than 5 and working on overcoming those 5 urges. 

As the nicotine starts to leave your body, your blood sugar will start to fluctuate. You organs are trying to function normally and this will take a few days while things return to normal. While this is happening, your brain will think something is wrong and only nicotine will make it right again. DO NOT LISTEN! A great way to overcome this is by drinking juice, eating oranges, or taking Vitamin C tablets. You can chew those things all day long and it will only help your body return to normal.
