  2. 5 tablespoons Butter-sliced
  3. 1/8 teaspoon Salt
  4. Water
Instructions
  1. 1. Sift flour and salt into a bowl. Add butter and cut into flour. Mix until crumbly. Add water to form dough. Roll out thin and use according to recipe.

  3. 1 tablespoon Baking Powder
  4. ½ teaspoon Salt
  5. 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
  6. 1 Egg
  7. 3/4 cup Milk
Instructions
  1. 1. Preheat oven to 450°.
  2. 2. Mix dry team in one bowl. Combine wet team in another bowl. Fold wet into dry team.
  3. 3. Drop onto cookie sheet. Bake 10-15 min. Do not over bake.

Freezer Biscuits

Ingredients
  1. 2 cups Flour
  2. 1 tablespoon Baking Powder
  3. ½ teaspoon Salt
  4. 1/2 cup Shortening
  5. 3/4-1 cup Milk
Instructions
  1. 1. Add all dry team together in a food processor and mix well. Add shortening and mix until crumbly.
  2. 2. By hand, stir in just enough milk to bring dry team together to form dough. Do not over mix.
  3. 3. Flour hands, rolling pin, and counter. Knead dough once or twice to bring dough together into a ball. Roll from center out too ½ inch thickness. Use glass or biscuit cutter to cut and place on parchment paper. Flash freeze 1 hour before placing in freezer bags.
  4. 4. Bake frozen biscuits @450° for 12-15 min.

Butter Crescent Rolls

  1. 2 tablespoons Dry Yeast
  2. 1/3 cup Warm Water
  3. 9 cups Flour, divided
  4. 2 cups Warm Milk
  5. 1 cup Butter, melted
  6. 3/4 cup Honey
  7. 6 Eggs
  8. 2 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, dissolve yeast in water. Add 4 cups flour, milk, butter, honey, eggs, and salt. Beat with mixer until smooth.
  2. 2. Add enough flour to form soft dough. It is easier to mix by hand. Turn dough onto floured surface and knead 3-4 min. Place dough in bowl, cover, and allow rising until doubled in size 1-3 hours.
  3. 3. Punch dough and divide into 4 equal parts. Roll each ¼ into 12 inch rounds and brush with melted butter. Cut into 5 pie shaped pieces.
  4. 4. Roll each wedge wide to small and pinch to seal.
  5. 5. Allow to rise 30 min on a baking sheet. Bake at 375° for 10-20 min. Brush with butter. Cool and freeze in freezer bags.
  6. 6. To serve: Defrost in microwave until warm.

  4. ½ cup cold Unsalted Butter
Instructions
  1. 1. Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. 2. Cut in butter until mixed thoroughly.
  3. 3. Store in fridge, in air tight container, for up to 4 months.
